Payment and refund terms

Paid access may be offered through Google Play, the Apple App Store or an authorised direct payment channel. Review the price, billing period, renewal details and cancellation or refund terms shown for the particular purchase before paying. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's billing and refund process. For a direct purchase, the order or checkout terms govern billing and cancellation, subject to your rights under applicable law. If paid access was not delivered or you have a billing concern, email contactus@kitmek.com with your order details but do not send payment-card information by email. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or other consumer right that the law gives you.
