You can clear a contact draft from the contact page or through your browser storage settings. You can ask KitmeK to access, correct or delete personal information that we hold, subject to applicable law and necessary verification. Because the current family app keeps learning progress on the device, KitmeK cannot retrieve that on-device progress from its servers.

Send requests to contactus@kitmek.com. If your request concerns an institution-managed programme, tell us the programme or school so we can direct it to the responsible organisation.
