This Sponsorship Agreement shall commence from the date of acceptance by sponsor and shall terminate on the basis of Sponsorship tenure opted by the sponsor. The Sponsorship Agreement tenure shall be renewed by the Sponsor at any time after or on termination of original agreement.

Every Sponsor shall agree to pay in advance the sponsorship fee to the Facilitator for the selected term or tenure of the sponsorship programme. Once Sponsorship fee is paid to the Facilitator, the same shall not be refunded or returned to Sponsor in any circumstances.
Sponsor hereby acknowledges that, facilitator may levy additional charges or fees if required at the time of making or processing the payment.

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, PERSONAL INJURY OR EXPENSE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER WHICH MAY BE SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING YOUR COMPANY), AS A RESULT OF OR WHICH MAY BE ATTRIBUTABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE, ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE APP. Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall Company be held liable for any damage or loss due to deficiency in performance of the App/ Website resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, internet failures, equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, or any other government regulations, floods, storms, electrical failure, civil disturbances, riots.

Agreed and Accepted: I have read and agree with the terms stated in this agreement, which supersedes and replaces all prior negotiations or agreements, whether written or oral. This agreement reflects the full and complete agreement between me and Company on the subjects contained and referenced herein. My signature below constitutes a full and complete understanding of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, including the Annexures incorporated herein by reference, and constitutes an acceptance of this Sponsorship Agreement.
